Over the years, Hotwire Italy has supported a range of big tech brands at international events such as IFA, Mobile World Congress and CES. A frequent challenge we face is managing all activities simultaneously with small but very efficient teams.
1 Plan
Our approach is rooted in creating efficient processes and being very results-driven. From hosting journalists, to securing interviews and maximising clients’ media exposure, even when working remotely, we always make the most of resources by focusing on outcomes.
2 Deliver
We pride ourselves on understanding what is needed during an event and allocate dedicated teams with clear tasks and reporting responsibilities. Italy has always had smaller teams than other European countries but we deliver great results for international campaigns.
3 Prove
For example, five of our clients attended MWC 2019, at which we hosted four journalists. The results were spectacular.
